Mural on the wall in the Main Building of MD Anderson. Created in part by Malcolm Hill, under the direction of artist-in-residence, Ian Cion (Pictured right)

Osteosarcoma is a rare form of bone cancer.  While it only accounts for 3% of childhood cancers, half of the cases are children and teens. The goal of TEAM MALCOLM is not just to raise awareness of teen and adolescent cancer, but to raise money for a specific program that benefits patients.

Like many young adults, Malcolm was beginning to recognize how his passion could be his purpose.  As an avid artist, he could be found drawing anything he saw, especially comic book characters. This love of art left a legacy that can be seen in halls at MD Anderson. 100% of funds raised through TEAM MALCOLM benefit the MD Anderson Arts in Medicine Program which uses art to make young patients feel better.
